This series, Digital Specimen: Pre-Render State, is an independent conceptual photography and media-critique art project. It explores the alienation between human subjectivity and algorithms in the contemporary digital landscape.

Through typological arrangement, digital reconstruction, and discursive intervention, this work constitutes "Transformative Use" and is not intended as a substitute for, or a commercial reproduction of, the original intellectual property.

2. Non-Profit Nature： 
This project is currently intended for art exhibitions, academic discussions, international competition entries, and non-profit publications. It does not involve commercial branding, mass production, or merchandising.

【Persona & Participant Agreement】
Images in this work were primarily captured at public art events. This project regards participants as "Collaborative Subjects" and "Conceptual Samples." The artist is committed to protecting the privacy and reputation of all participants; images are digitally processed for anonymity (e.g., via labeling and texture reconstruction).

【Dispute Resolution】
If any copyright holder or participant has concerns regarding the presentation of this work or wishes to be excluded from this project, please contact the artist. The artist will address such requests in accordance with artistic ethics, including image removal or formal licensing agreements.
